| the dank | Donnie Darko, Littlem Miss Sunshine, Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, Rocket Science, The Squid and the Whale, The life Aquatic, and I'm sure I'm forgetting a few, and I think that Wes Anderson films are independent, either way i love them to death. Also, HOW AWESOME was it when Steve took back the ship and Searching To Destroy was playing in The Life Aquatic. Definitely one of my favorite scenes of all time in any movie. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() Level: EXP: | Buffalo 66? Wes Anderson is lovely minus life aquatic. Rocket Science was good. Seemed rather formulaic. This isn't independent but the Apu trilogy is good to check out. (by Satyajit Ray) Only good indian movies if you ask me. And Francois Truffaut...and Jean Renoir...And Akira Kurosawa...and Jean Luc Goddard...and Pietro Germi...and Tarkovsky..and Welles...and yeah.. sorry. heh Quote:

Rep Power: 8 ![]() Level: 23 EXP: | Blair Witch Project easily the scariest independent film I've seen, and the fact it only took them 40K to make the entire thing, and then later gross 40 Million is incredible. Easily in my Top 10 Sacieriest Movie List.... |
