| Heartless | Benjamin button was good. Umm I'd say Coraline Watchmen(Only good part about that movie was rorschach) Halloween 2(the best part about that movie was the killings..lets hope the 3rd one in 3D will be better..now that rob zombie isn't touching it.. >.>) Twilight |

| rendez-vous à l'horloge, 1992. | I made the regretful decision of watching Knowing. I know a guy who really admires Nicholas Cage and since he generally has a good taste in movies, I thought I'd give this one a go. However, the movie was awful. The storyline was really generic (how many The Day After Tomorrows do we need?), the sci-fi theme at the end really didn't need to be there, the acting was terrible, everything was predictable, it was cheesy... the list could go on and on. It's not something I would never watch again, since I'd probably watch it in a few years or something if it were on T.V., but I regret watching it since I presumed it would be good. Kind of put a downer on my evening. |

| rendez-vous à l'horloge, 1992. | You do understand that there are movies out there that are in languages other than English, right? Pan's Labyrinth is considered a classic for many reasons. It's not just a "crazy" film; themes that are present are there for a reason. It's a mix of the real world where a bloody war is going on and where fascists are killing thousands and thousands of people, and a fantasy world where Ofelia can escape to. It's a test of love, oneself and one's real nature by presenting themes such as sacrifice and putting yourself through arduous tasks and tests in the name of something you cherish and love. I'm not bitching you out at all but it seems you haven't picked-up on any key issues and points in the film. I highly suggest watching it again in a few years and it'll be screaming in your face. |

i do understand that, i was just mentioning it. i saw the themes and everything; i'm not saying that it was bad, just not my kind of movie. just because it's considered a classic (which i actually have never heard anyone say), doesn't mean i have to like it. i could watch i again right now (my mom bought the dvd), and i still would not enjoy it.

9. Nothing on at the cinema we hadn't seen already. I disliked the movie fully.
