Anyone in the top six automatically gets an AI. South with 100% be bumped down and Maine will be pushed up. That is why Wyoming will be on the top 6. Caboose also hinted at Wash when he said "Command is sending us a Freelancer to recover." Wash was known as Recovery 1. RT was probably hinting at this so the true fans would get it.
I was thinking it would be Washington too. At the same time though... I wonder if they'll have WYOMING show up and quickly cut to a flashback of him on a freelancer mission. I doubt they would throw his name into the top 6 rankings without a reason, so I'm curious to see if he'll return.
Who wants to bet that Agent Wash shows up instead of Tex? Everything else has been messed up so far, why not this?

Oh nice! When I watched it the first time I was surprised they left out a few of the scenes like South taking out the two guards and North using the drop shield.
LOL North being Chuck Norris. Hey I posted a video of all the fight scenes so far in season 9 on the RvB thread I made a little bit ago. It's a nice collaboration that RoosterTeeth made so the fans don't have to keep jumping from all four episodes to see the whole action.

By the way, people on Youtube apparently think Agent North Dakota is Chuck Norris: I think I've played Halo for too long now...
