a post is when you reply to a thread. There's a lot of threads. You have to look on the forums to see and read the ones that stand out to you. If you wanna say something, you post a reply, either by clicking 'post reply' or on the quick reply box at the bottom of the page.

Well, from there, I think thats enough, but the category after main is block borders. Do the same as you did for the main customizations, pretty much.

the background pic is a picture you want in the background. You put the url on the space given, and it will show up on your background instead of a solid color.

(A url is for example: http//lala.com/whatever.something=777874)

The first few things that show up are your main customizations. You can choose the font, and the color of the main stuff on your profile. To change the font, click on font family and choose one. To change the color of the txt, clik the dotted square next to text color. to change the color of the borders, click the dotted square next to Border Color. To change the color of your background, do the same.^

ok, well, when you look at your profie, there's this thing next to your mini statistics. Its called customize profile. Click it.
