Well, the tl;dr version of it is she isn't ready to be in a relationship despite really liking me. Today we agreed we weren't going to interact for a while until we're both more comfortable being around each other in a more casual fashion.

Sucks too, because she realized it like 4 weeks into us being in a pretty great relationship. Oh well.

Early January. But eh there's trouble in paradise with her lately. Kinda sucks. :(
