  9. Remember to warm-up before walking/jogging. Warm-up means to stretch your muscles, but before that, do some exercise so that your muscles are hot (because cold muscles can't be stretched) for five to ten minutes and do some stretching exercises. Later, walk/jog for whatever time you can and cooldown (which consists of walking for five to ten minutes). Afterward, if you have dumbbells, exercise each muscle area per day, as in, don't exercise your chest and shoulders the same day, just one per day. And I also recommend situps and pushups, but you might be too tired to do both, or one. xD

    Also, you can walk/jog whenever you want except hours between 10am - 4pm. It's also not recommended to exercise with iPods or MP3 players unless you're in your house (because you'll be too focused hearing the music that you won't hear cars coming, fellow joggers, etc.). Really, just Google stuff you wanna know (I did it xD).
