The trip is going really well at the moment. I've had a few draw backs (hospital for surgery on my foot) but now everything is wonderful. I actually got a job for a while teaching art in Hanoi helping out one of the people I'm staying with. That has been pretty excellent.

Asia is a wonderful place too. The people are lovely, great food and the culture variety is almost overwhelming. Really its one of the best times of my life.

Haha it seems contradictory that you should say that Silmarillion was dry and boring but then say it was a good book. If I find a book dry and boring I just cannot bring myself to finish it (see: 1984), mind you I got pretty close to finishing it.

I did see my father today and everything went pretty well, the fact that my sister brought her boyfriend distracted him enough away from me. Haha, you? Detentions? Really? You don't seem the kind of person.

On the subject of my birthday you better be on for my bday, I'll be pretty upset, you at least need to post in my bday thread, provided someone makes one for me, which could be unlikely, cause I would not make one for myself that's for sure.

I can't think of really any specifics to ask you. Sorry haha. How about, when is your birthday? Oh and don't worry about the length, I love long messages, it makes me feel like they care about me so they aren't really holding back and they don't mind sharing and they're taking the time to type it all out. Thanks haha, even if that sounds cheesy. It really is nice of you to talk to me all the time haha. There aren't many on here who would take the time out of their days. Mind you, I'm not throwing some pity party, there are a lot of people on here who I wouldn't give the time of day. So eh, I'm not really offended by it.

Oh wow. I really must get onto too that. Invisible Monsters is my favorite Chuck book. I love just how twisted it is.

I keep hearing about the book around school and how apparently it's super good. Anyway, I haven't read anything in a while. I'm actually on my second attempt at Lord of the Rings, it may be blasphemy saying so, but my god those books can get boring.

Things are relatively well, my father, who I haven't seen in 3 or so years, is coming into town, I've never really gotten along with my father, but I think this time it may be different, hopefully. I also don't really like my stepmother, and call my actions unethical, but I really need to get on their cell phone plan, because well my mum always gets mine shut off and what not, and I really can't have that while I'm away at college. But I only recently started talking to him again, so I dunno, it may be too soon. Wow that was really detailed, haha, hope you don't mind. Anyway, school good, probably my best year of high school yet, besides Anatomy which is kicking my glutious (hehe).

Oh and I should probably mention my b-day is in 10 days! Woo! (Nov. 30th) don't forget it k?

hahaha. i remember once i'd been up for like 32 or so and i was staring in the mirror, and it felt like i was getting sucked into it. and then my face hit glass and i was like whoa lol.

sleeping issue is getting worse, i haven't been to school since halloween because of it. oh well. the school's letting me drop out of the first 5 hours so i can sleep so dat is cooo. :3
