But I guess rich people live pretty much here and there in California. There are but if they want to sell it for a common consumer, then not. But on the other hand, the 18th birthday is so close and when you turn 18, you already get to do all the fun stuff. :| When you turn 20, the only advantage (if you could say that) that you get in Finland is that you get to buy strong liquor like whiskey and vodka.
