The DEMO has four stages! You can even select four different suits after finishing the first stage! You can also unlock wallpapers for your PSP depending on the rank you got during one of the four missions. You can also play alongside friends! :D

I don't know jack about PW sadly.... But cant wait to play it. I know a demo is out but I'm waiting to finish portable ops.

PW's fulton recovery is much, much better.

Nahh, It gives you more things to do. Though dragging them back to truck was a hassle... =(
But the recruit system plays a big role in the future MGS titles.

Still, I hated the soldier recruiting system in MPO, it was stupid. :I
