OK. go to the top of your screen. then look right below it. you should see a bunch of links. click on the one that says "user CP" once there, scrolol all the way down and look all the way to the left. you should see a big panel with links. click the link that says "edit options". here, skip the first little square, and go to the second little box. At the bottom of thartt bow, you'll find a little section called "messages" of sonmthindg along those lines.

no, considering you don't have visitor messaging enabled.
