Morrison's blaming the contradictions on his colleagues, and that's fine, but shitty DC editorial isn't good news either. The entire selling point of Countdown was that it was "counting down" to Final Crisis and yet the idea to write Countdown only came up when Final Crisis was supposedly well under way. Maybe Marvel isn't the only one shooting for cash cows. | |

| Welcome To The Show | Yeah I dont think all the Seven Soldiers books are out in Trade yet. I think im Just gonna pick up the Mister Miricle Book, I flipped though the first issue today and it looked pretty good. Also yeah its Retarted that Countdown had next to nothing to do with Final Crisis. They should have just let GM do his own thing we dident need another Weekly Book and we certainly dont need Trinity. |

| Welcome To The Show | Such a Shame to Lose one of the Greatest Artist of our time. So Read Final Crisis #2 and i have to say Lots of Dialogue and Action, More of the New Gods are being shown as humans, Turpin is under Darksieds Control, The Green Lantern plot is pretty intresting, and is that the Mono Disease on the last pannel when Barry comes thru with the black Racer? Booster Gold 1,000,000 great end to a great story arc. Had a nice twist at the end and anyone who said they seen that coming is full of shit. Bare with me here. DC has done a valliant job of setting up that the DCU needs all three members of their Trinity. The DCU just doesn't work right without Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman. I think what we've been seeing in Marvel, though, is them making an effort of showing us that not only are all 3 members of the Marvel Trinity needed, they need to literally be a trinity. By the Marvel Trinity, I mean Cap, Iron Man, and Thor. How long has it been since we've seen all three of them standing back-to-back, facing a threat, relying on each other? And how long's it been since the heroes of the Marvel Universe really worked together with each other? With Tony on his way back to New York to fix himself and his armor, I think we're about to see the Marvel Trinity doing just that. Tony will arive, Cap will be there, Thor will be there, and the fact that it's the three of them, finally working together again, will be what leads to saving the day. But in secret invasion 3 nothing happend till fury showed up on the last page and in 4 nothing happend till bucky showed up on the last page so bendis basically just writes the same comic over and over SI is finally doing something, After 4 issues. |

| tick-tock | Manga tends to be the same story over and over. All of the people resemble one another, too. I like some of it, though. |

Rep Power: 5 ![]() ![]() | Does anyone know much about Birds of Prey... and Red Sonja? I've known basics about them, but not too much in depth.... |

| Agent of Chaos | Red Sonja is a part of Dark Horse. Essentially, she's a female Conan and I believe they are set in the same universe. Don't know much beyond that. Birds of Prey is a DC Comics book and team. It was started by Barbara Gordon (Oracle), the former Batgirl after being paralyzed by the Joker in The Killing Joke. It's all female, and it's roster varies. I don't know much of the members after Huntress and Black Canary aside from the fact that Big Barda was on the team before she died. Just check Wiki. So SDCC panels pretty much confirm that Bruce won't be Batman after RIP. And they released this teaser as to who will take up the cowl: ![]() I've decided I want Tim to become Batman. Nightwing is his own man, and it's too obvious. Tim's the only one without his own identity and so he should inherit the cave. But I still want him to say with the Titans. | Welcome To The Show | Thats a damn good Spoiler Spread. I also want tim to become the next Batman because like you sad he still hasnet fully established himself yet like Nightwing which would have been the Obvious choice. Im still woundering what part Hush has to do with this story line but i guess im gonna have to pick up the Detective Comics to find out. Is it any Good? |
