| Bang! | I will be even more furious if she does that. Lupin is so cool and Hagrid is Hagrid. You can't get rid of those guys. It'd be overhashing something. Killing Harry's parents then Sirius and Dumby was cutting it close. But getting rid of Hagrid and Lupin? No. That's just overkill. Sorry, but I would throw the books in a fire first before I read that Lupin and Hagrid are killed. I'm still sticking to Harry and Ginny dying. If I wrote a series and was getting rich off of it like Rowling is, but I'm falling under the whole cliche thing, I would get out of it by doing something totally cruel and unexpected. Something unpopular. |

| Blaaargh! | Don't worry, Remus Lupin isn't going to die. Neither is Harry or Ginny. |

| We're The Same. | there's only so many characters she can kill off. =| i dont think there's much left. the only two that are coming to mind are lupin and snape. it's just my opinion, but JK always does what we dont expect her to. =| |

| Blaaargh! | I reiterate my "Rowling said a character would get a reprieve, and Rowling also said the Remus x Tonks thing came to her in book 5, so the character with the reprieve is Remus" theory. |

| We're The Same. | too many characters are being thought to get the reprieve. some more than the others. like i said, nobody can really know what it will be? i mean for all you know, remus and tonks could die together in some tragic attempt to save harry. |

| Blaaargh! | No, nobody could really know, but some have more evidence than other. Let's recap: 1. Someone was meant to die in book 7, but JK spared him/her. 2. The Remus/Tonks thing came out of thin air in book 6 (I said 5th, sorry). JK said so herself in an interview. 3 So, more likely than not, event that JK thought of while writing book 6 may have inspired her to spare some and kill others. This is one of the events that came out of nowhere. |

| We're The Same. | i wont be surprised if she kills of alot of major characters. they are in a war after all. i expect alot of the minor characters to be dead. there was a rumour that she's halfway through with 750 pages. i think that's bollocks, but hey one can hope. =| |

| Some call it magic. | Yeah. I expect that some of Harry's Gryffindor Friends to die >.>;; ...Maybe Dean Thomas since JK Hasn't elaborated on his backround or Story meaning that he may not be very important O.O >.>;; ...Pshaw!... 750 pages???! I saw this on Mugglenet T_T; ...Gotta be kidding me. |
| | |
| | #774 |
| Blaaargh! | Ya, Dean is a muggle-born. He's in danger. |
| | |
| | #775 | |
| We're The Same. | actually i think JK elaborated a bit on Dean Thomas' charater. Quote:
maybe he'll kill the person who killed his father.
| | |
| | #776 |
| Blaaargh! | Ah. That's what he meant when he said "my parents are muggles, mate". Would it have killed her to make the books longer ? I suppose that'd have made me sadder when Ginny dumped him.... hahahaha. |

I remember J.K. Saying that when she watched Movie three >.>;; ...She had chills because there were so many things in the movie that were connected to Book 7... I Think the small things that happened in the movie, that didn't happen in the book... Any ideas???! :/
| | |
| | #778 |
| Blaaargh! | Not going to happen. Since Dean already said his parents are muggle, it means Rowling dropped the plot. |

| We're The Same. | she didnt drop the plan. her stories and character backgrounds are all fixed. Dean says his parents are muggles because his step father's been his father figure for as long as he can remember and he considers him father. he's never known his real father. and JK said that he was supposed to find out as he goes along that he really is a half-blood instead of a muggleborn. |
