Carlos Mencia. Seriously, the guy's a complete douche for the following reasons:

1) He has to stop his show every 2 seconds just to remind people that he's mexican and call himself a beaner to make people laugh, even though (*GASP*) HE'S NOT!!! Last time I checked, I believe his mom or grandma or something is half-mexican, and he was born and raised in Honduras.

2) Everything he says is just terribly annoying and irritating, such as his whole "DE DE DE" thing. WTF is that anyway? Some kind of retard seizure or something?

3) All of his jokes are ones that I heard way back in elementary school and junior high. Can't this retarded poser say anything original? God, what a dumbass.

I normally would not opinionate on a question like this, but I have to say Paris Hilton is quite annoying. Just to the fact that she can't keep one promise she verbalizes. Especially when she was in jail, and made a list of all the things she was going to do. Such as committing to a charity, designing a line, etc. She's been out of jail for about 1.5 years and hasn't committed to one promise. Maybe she needs to have a baby. Seemed to have straightened Nicole Richie out; or at least directed her on the right path.
