[Music] Alkaline Trio

Was wondering what other fans are out there. This has to be one of my favorite bands ever really. Their new album just again gives me the idea that Matt Skiba is a genius when it comes to writing music. Just wondering what other fans think of the new cd and maybe which is the favorite. I myself cannot choose a favorite really cause they are all really awesome so yeah.

Uh, I like them a bit. I've only heard some of their singles. Don't really want to get an album though.

I like this band, I like their music, and I love the singing. :D I think their album Crimson is good!

Armageddon is an awesome song. Other then that, I don't really have an opinion.

well if you want to give them a listen they have their newest cd playing on their website: ALKALINE TRIO
Or go to youtube. Privite Eye and Armaggedon are awesome songs but check out other songs like "Maybe I'll Catch Fire" , "Radio" , "Stupid Kid"

I have to agree with massive attack.

There are only a few songs that appeal to me.

Friends of mine have tried to get me into the band countless times.

I really like Alkaline Trio. It's like my "Pass The Time" music. Or one of them. I have alot of "Pass The Time" music, not to mention their 'Mercy Me' and Sadie were good songs.

About 4 years ago, they used to be my favourite band, so I'll always love them.

I think "Time To Waste" is my absolute favourite .
Stupid Kid, Radio, Trouble Breathing, Crawl, Private Eye, All on Black, Sadie and This Could Be Love are worth listening to as well.

I haven't really heard their new stuff though. What would you recommend listening to first blinkboy? And what did you think was their best album?

Hmm hard to say what their best album was. I mean Maybe I'll Catch Fire was just amazing. But then you factor in From Here to Infirmary which was just amazing and then Goddamnit. I love all their cds so hard for me to pick. Good Morning is sometimes looked down on by fans but again another Alkaline Trio album i think was just amazing. Crimson only pissed me off cause it would have been released sooner if Matt Skiba didnt break his arm before they were to start recording.

Their newest album is just amazing and again you do get the lyrics that are just amazing. I would say if you want to listen to some new stuff visit their site and they have their cd up there right now that i know of. Otherwise "Help Me" and "I Found A Way" are amazing singles. I love their new album so hard for me to just pick one to suggest cause i also love other songs on there like "Love, Love, Kiss, Kiss" or "Live Young, Die Fast"

I think Crimson is my favourite because the songs really seemed to work well together, rather than just seemingly like a random compilation of songs.

Oh, I'm also seeing them in August! I'll probably get arrested from trying to touch Matt Skiba xD

I love Crimson and "Mercy Me" was my favorite for awhile but as i listened more i gained a favorite from it which was "Your Neck" just an amazing song.

Also dont worry if you touch Matt Skiba you wont be put in jail unless you touch him in a spot that is possibly sexual assualt.

This is the first time I haven't seen you so negative.

So I might give some of their albums a chance seeing as how I still have a gig of memory left on my Mp3.

I only have a few songs by them on my Mp3.

3 to be exact.
