Is Transformers 2 even been confirmed let alone been talk about. Cause all i hear is about the people that wish it to come true and not knowing. i think Hollywood is taking to many comic books and many other tv shows into movies which sort of drowns my likeness for it. DBZ live action sounds and is a bad idea but if they can actually pull it off then maybe it can be great but wont know till they try i guess.

Yes it's been confirmed, on the DVD, Micheal Bay talked about it in the credits( with the comintary) and at the end Starscream flew into space

That doesnt mean its confirmed that just means Micheal Bay would like to make another one. The director is usually not the one that says there is a next movie in the making unless the studio announced it first. Because if they make another movie who is to say Bay will be the director anyway.

Also Toy Story 3 hmmm i dont know about it. I cant get hyped about that unless i hear what the story first.

Filming is not until next year and there is still the fact that the Writers strike is still going... Which has affected TF 2.

nah the writers strike has only affected broadcast network television, like FOX NBC etc, nothing to do with movies or cable networks or satelite

Does anyone remember a trailer for a Movie where this guy is celebrating his birthday and someone is recording it..all of a sudden they hear a big noise and they look outisde and see a huge fire..everyone starts panicking and they start to run..I saw the trailer for this movie during transformers..this is the movie I want to see..No title was given to it.

Writer's Guild of America.

That's not television exclusive. It is for all members of that union against the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers. If you are a member of the union, you HAVE to strike and many professional writers are apart of the WGA simply because it offers things the studios don't like health care. Most professional writers believe it a necessity to join the WGA.
I'll admit there's a lot I'm in the dark about when it comes to the strike but I do know they're just asking for a better deal such as an extra 8 cents from the DVD sales.

Until they get what they want, any writers signed to the union can not and will not write a thing for the studios or channels. So unless a script is complete, there won't be many movies going into production. And even the ones in production will hurt because the majority of movies go through a fair number of re-writes even in the production stages.

Transformers 2 has a script but it is not completed and won't be for some time.

I will then say i am not going to get hyped about Transformers 2 cause i think after the way they ended the first they didnt leave alot of room for a second. No megatron unless they are going to bring in a new stronger bot to be Megatron (which seems obvious at this point). I think number 2 will have alot of awesome action but when it comes to storyline it may be a huge dissappointment.

No, cause in the comic and original Transformers Starscream became the leader of the decepticons, he always had his own agenda behind megatron to take over and have his own team.... and the show kept on strong
