Sorry for the heavy belated reply, but thanks for posting up your opinions! ^^ The best suggestions from everyone'll be posted up on the first post in a bit. [as I have to go work on RL stuff called 'school work' in a moment... 8D;] The only ones I know that won't be posted are suggestions for moderators. I have absolutely no control over that and I'm not sure if you can suggest that to anyone really. Sorry about that...

That's about it for now. There may be a poll for something a little later, but right now, I just have to post up the best suggestions. ^^;

And, xansemx, I would say against that. If you're in something like the Writer's Guild or the Author's Corner, you can suggest the story as long as you have a link to it. Otherwise, no, that wouldn't be allowed because people may think its your story when its not, since people are prone to ignore the 'author's notes' sort of section if you post it.

Sorries for taking a bit and sorry to double post, but I added some new suggestions on the first post.

If there's a writer's help thread, would anyone mind if it were combined with a writing discussion thread? I was going to make one and sticky it [unless someone else would like to make it], but I'm not sure if writing help should be combined with it. That might make hard to get help when you need it because it would be covered by a discussion.

For the writing awards thing, I've started to have trouble with people ignoring the rules, voting for themselves instead of others, and other things in the roleplaying ones I've created. If lots of people would want a writing awards, however, then volunteers may be needed for some reason [Yay for just thinking of something then not knowing how to put it into words? :D;] or someone else would have to make it.

And, even though I put this up there, would you mind explaning the reflection thread, Jopari? Like what exactly you mean by that or something like that. ^^;

And, one more thought for a future thing in the board: Would anyone be interested in the creation of a beta tester request thread?

I would certainly be interested in a beta-testing request thread.
We could make up a sign-up thread first, then if people want their stories to be tested, they can say it in the thread or request a person.
Then the author could PM the document to the beta-tester and so forth.
It could be similar to the Newb Adoption Agency.

It's similar to your Fic Review Thread. People can send a unpublished or published story to a beta reader and they can help improve the writing. Or when it is published, they can be sure to reply to the story.
