Dino Crisis


It has been 25 years since Regina left Dylan in the Jura era. 4 days after she returned, it became pretty obvious that she was in labour. A baby was on its way. Although that was very unlikely. Regina had been in quarantine 5 weeks before her last assignment and she was 3 weeks pregnant. Now she is a mother both fighting for the training of her adult child as to remain a S.O.R.T. Commander.
S.O.R.T. was in charge of overseeing and running the new Third Energy program. This time it was being runned by a global organisation that has unlimited access to the worlds financial supplies. The new research facility was located on a large island somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. The research facility was named: Nolovodna. Named by the Russians. The Americans named the city in which the scientists, guards and there families resided. It was called: EdwardCity. Nolovodna was as great as New York and Edward city was even greater than that.
Inside the research facility was the Third Energy lab. There research was being held about the Time Travel Capabilities of the Third Energy. Regina was just visiting that research lab when they made a major breakthrough.



Regina was inside a great laboratory room. Several great machines stood in the middle and on the walls were several power generators. The walls and the roof were nowhere to be seen due to the many generators and pipes. The floor was filled with flame marks and the only remaining original blue colour was right after the entrance door. Regina herself aged quite a bit. Locks of grey hair now sprouted alongside her red hair and wrinkles now covered the once smooth face of years ago. The wounds of her past missions now finally caught up with her and she was forced to walk around with a cane. The glance that she once had in her eyes was gone and in its place came eyes of captivity and despair. Her clothes were that of a S.O.R.T. General. Regina was sitting in a chair behind a computer with al the data of the latest breakthrough. She didn’t glance at the information at all. Instead, she looked at everything and she asked someone for an explanation if she doesn’t understand something. For those kind of things she only trusts her number one man: Rick. Rick was a part of the team sent in at the first Third Energy incident. He is an information’s officer. Rick is a brilliant man, capable of doing wonders when it comes to computers. Third Energy became his area of expertise. Both were sitting behind that computer looking over things.
“So you’ve finally solved the question ... You know what caused both Incidents?” Regina asked Rick
“Yes, we’ve managed to pinpoint every flaw and we’ve also managed to perfect everything. We are ready for the next experiment... The final experiment.” He replied.

This meant the beginning of a whole new adventure in a time where nobody would like to go to. This ... was another:

I was sick and tired of the constant failing of my Dino Crisis RP that I finally descided to create my own FanFic. This ofcourse means that I'll be focussing on 2 RP's. I might even give up the other one .... But, I'll keep you in suspence for now .... Gimme some feedback ey

Prologue, Part 1



Rick was now sitting on a different computer, ending the simulation of the experiment ahead. All results came back positive and there were no flaws detected. Rick was skimming through some documents, verifying several ideas he had. Things were looking good and Rick was ready to begin the test. He was hoping Regina was to. Rick stood up from his chair and slowly walked over to Regina. Age caught up with Rick to so he definatly was not one of the youngest. Regina was overlooking the files of the first Third Energy Incident. The many flaws and secrets from the Incident were never mentioned to the public, but those files contained everything. Thanks to the kind co-operation of Gail and Doctor Kirk. Whilst skimming through the files, she couldn’t help but think about Dylan. Dylan was a T.R.A.T. member who stayed behind in the future, only to protect his now unborn child: Paula. Paula was his daughter, but she was the daughter of Dylan’s future self. The experiment that was ahead might bring Dylan back. Rick now stood behind Regina. He placed his hand on her shoulder and kneeled besides her, for as far as you can call that kneeling. He turned Regina towards him and he started explaining what the experiment was all about.
“Regina, we can teleport Dylan from his time to another time. Now the problem is, 3 million years in the future is a bit too far.”
“What does that mean?”
“Well, by causing a minor, controllable overload in the system. We can create enough energy to bring him back as far as here. But the true problem is, he will be brought back to far. His final Destination will be right after you returned from the future.”
“That’s great!”
“Really?!”
“Let’s get on with it!”
“But Ethan!”
“What about Ethan?!”
“We successfully verified that his father is Dylan Morton. Something happened! We might be messing with time to much. Ethan might never exist.”
“Can we send in something With Dylan?”
“Yeah. All we need to do is Tap into the Time disturbance and insert the item. It’s a delicate operation so I explained it in a simple way.”
“Good. I’m going towards Gail. He needs to do something for me.”
“Great, I’ll be waiting for you here.”


Doctor Kirk was in his lab, pondering on how he could stop the next Third energy experiment. He wanted the Third Energy to become a Weapon. Instead, it became a means as to return the dinosaurs to there time, and a way as to bring back Dylan. This was definatly not to the content of Kirk. He had a vision. He and his dino’s would stand atop the food chain and atop the chain in command. He was walking in circles, looking at the blue prints and the research data that are tapes against the wall. How could he sabotage the Third Energy Experiment? How?! He was brutally interrupted in his thinking by Gail, who bashed in the door. He quickly ran over to Doctor Kirk and grabbed him by his T-Shirt.
“Don’t even think about running away Kirk!” Gail said. Then he grabbed a gun from his belt and he aimed it at Kirks Head. “Put everything you have on that computer of yours on this disk,” Gail grabbed a Hologram Disc from his pocket and he gave it to Doctor Kirk. “And make sure that you do not overwrite the holographic data already on this disc.”
“And what if I don’t Co-operate?”
“Then you will pay the price for your disobedience. And I will finally do what I meant to do all those years ago.”
“Think again Gail. I’m too valuable.”
“Ha! We have far surpassed your research. You merely discovered the Third Energy!” Kirk Realised that his days could be over, so he wisely decided to co-operate with Gail. Gail would never forget what Kirk did to him all those years ago. But still he had it in him to let him live, only to succeed in his mission. Gail leaned against the door, which he closed first. He still kept his gun aimed at the professor calling himself the saviour of Mankind. His eyes were focussed on that man, who which he hated with every bone in his body. Doctor Kirk was uploading his files onto the data disk, together with a little surprise for his past self. Kirk knew what they were planning on doing and he wanted to aid himself.


The night had already begun hours ago, but still nobody in Nolovodna was asleep. The breakthrough caused allot of disturbance in that facility, and all wanted to see it finished before they went to bed. But Regina was wise enough as to call it a day. Rest is mankind’s best weapon. A rested person has a clearer mind and a fitter body than a person who is exhausted. She was now in her living room, sitting in the sofa, thinking about Dylan and what appeared to be 3 million years in the future. The mere thought of having him back alive, kept her going. Although she also knows that she has to give up her life up to the point where she brings back Dylan. Perhaps the Data disc will provide the past with enough information as to bring them back to the point now. Dylan ........Regina’s eyelids started to weigh too much for her to keep them open. Her heart rate slowed down and she rested her head on the sofa’s top. Regina fell asleep and she started dreaming about a better future. But then her dreams turned from good to bad. She was now back in Nolovodna, preparing to execute the experiment. But there was something wrong. Doctor Kirk was smiling from ear to ear and Rick looked like he could kill someone. Regina could see Rick talking to Gail saying: “It’s too late!”
Suddenly a bright flash came before her and she was blinded by it. Because of that, she awoke. Even though her eyes were open, the flash was still having its effects. Strange noises came from everywhere, voices. Voices she never heard before. Regina could see again, but only a bit at a time. The first thing she saw was a great computer. The next thing was Rick. He looked worried. Gail was in the back, he was injured severely. Doctor Kirk lay dead on the ground. He seemed to be ripped apart by a strange beast. The wounds looked strangely familiar. The last thing she saw was a calendar. “Oh my God!” She yelled when seeing the date. One week has passed since she was in her living room until now. What could have happened that caused all of this! Rick came to Regina and he placed his hand on her shoulder one final time. He looked her straight in her eyes and sighed.
“What have we done Regina?!”
“I don’t know Rick! What happened the past week?”
“I was worried this might happen. You’ve been acting strange all week.”
“Why?! What’s going on?!”
“It’s happening again. Noah’s Ark failed. All we can do now is get Dylan back to his time.”
“What are you talking about?” Rick turned away from Regina and he walked over to a computer. He punched in a few security codes and he pressed a large red button located on the keyboard. Regina heard a sound coming from the door. It seemed to be an animal. But it was a familiar sound which caused fear in her heart.
“Goodbye Regina. Let us pray that they discover the flaw.” Rick said. Gail knotted, agreeing with Rick. Regina didn’t know what’s going on. She wanted to know, but she was too late. Rick was already on his way home, together with the Data disc that was now gone from its place. Regina looked at her hand. It was starting to disappear. Her head now felt as light as a feather. Regina closed her eyes and accepted her faith.

Its very good, I like it! There was one problem. The prologue was a little hard to read... But, apart from that, it was very good.

Prologue, Part 2


Dylan now stood amidst a jungle of sand. He was still holding Paula in his mind, but she was not in his arms. All he had was a disc that was in his hands. Tears came rolling down his cheek as he realised what happened. Regina must have succeeded in her goal. He was now once again in his time, he hoped. He looked around and saw nothing but a wasteland. He recocknised it to be the Nevada Dessert. The sand was blowing in his eyes, the wind was messing up his har and the tears turned into mud as the sand slowly transformed it. Another portal appeared close-by. Dylan looked up and saw a female figure coming out of it. Even though it was far away, he still recocknised her. It was Regina. Dylan stoof back up on his feet and he started running towards her. His grief and pain prevented him of screaming out loud. Regina herself was looking around aswell. She on her turn recocknised where she was for she quickly ran to the north, certained that she knew the way. Dylan was starting to catch up to her, slowly but certain. Regina herself was pretty exhausted herself, and thank god a bit more exhausted. “Regina!” he said as loud as he could. She didn’t turn or heared him. Dylan once again said her name. This time it worked. Regina turned around and fell down on the ground. She didn’t believe her eyes. She was extremely suspicious. “You! But ... you’re ... DEAD!” Dylan finally cought up with her and he sat down besides her.
“Nope .... I’m not dead. A huge computer was about to fall on me when I was dragged from my time. Then I woke up here with this disc in my hand.” Regina was still looking suspicious, but she knew it was Dylan.
“Thats ...... wow .. I can’t believe it. How did you...??” That is when Dylan realised that he was there together with Regina, who herself just arrived from the future.
“That’s a good question Regina. Perhaps well find the answer on the disc.” Regina stood up and helped Dylan up aswell.
“Then Let’s go. This is a good place as any.”
“What do you mean?”
“Rick, Gail and me have been trying to find sponsors for a Third Energy Research fascility. I want you to be a part of it aswell.”
“Agreed. I need to save Paula.”
“And I need to get those dinosaurs here back to there time. They’re not safe here.”
Dylan then remembered the Noah’s Ark program. He quickly shook his head and grabbed Regina’s shoulders with both hands.
“That is a big mistake Regina! I met myself of the future. He .... I ...... Never mind, told me that I was the leader of a program trying to get back the dino’s to there time. But it failed!”
“First let’s see what is on this disc.” Regina suddenly and calmly replied.
“O ... okay ..... Let’s go then ...” Dylan said.
