Oh man Ender's game. Just read this book again, for the enth time, and loved it just the same. The rest of the series is good, but Ender's Game is just amazing.

Not the most literate summary, but it basically sums up the book.

Anyone else read it? Anyone else love it? This is definitely one of my favorite books of all times.

I absolutely loved this, and bought Enders Shadow.

Probably the most intriguing plot twist I've ever read.

I've heard the name but now that I know what it is basically about I will have to read it for sure, I'm going to put a hold on it at the library ^_^

Orson Scott Card is the Michael Bay of the most famous 20th century sci-fi writers.

If this keeps up well in the sci-fi aspect of things, I'll make sure to check it out. Been needing some really god sci-fi.

Children of the Mind and Ender's Game were the two best. The Shadow Quartet was decent, but the political manuvering of Bean's story didn't interest me nearly as much as Ender's more philosophical focus.

One of very few assigned books that i actually enjoyed, now i cant put any of the books down. yeah so he killed a crap load of people, but everyone has faults, esp. a genius.

It wasn't really his fault though, because he didn't know that what he was doing was real. If anything, his fault was that he wouldn't have been able to command the fleets if he'd known, because he would have been to concerned with his actions having real repercussions.

It's interesting though, if you read Ender's Shadow, it turns out Bean had figured out that it wasn't a game, but kept it secret from Ender for the aforementioned reason.
