I think if it ended about 100 pages in I would have enjoyed it more I think. I mean the second half is fine and good but I loved the first half.

the book was really good...And apparently the movie by francis ford coppola was a true masterpiece. All the characters were played execellent not to mention the genoius music by Wojciech Killar.
It would be hard for me to jugde..movie or book as both were done really well though the book...in some places I found it bit ridicoulus. Especially the role of Van Helsing

Yeah, Bram Stoker's. I don't think I could read another version, it's just so good. I didn't even know there was another version.

I have the movie waiting for me to finish the book, not sure if it's the version you are talking about though. I'll check when I'm at home.

Dracula is one of my all time favorite books :) i wanna see the original movie....Dracula as portrayed by none other then Bela Lugosi :)

Have you researched behind the Authorial Intent of Dracula, quite interesting. We had to, seeming it was for school.
