Hey People this is my second fanfic. My frist one didn't go anywhere and I didn't like it so here is my new one. Please have your opinoin. I'm not a very good speller and my grammer and puntuation is bad. With you advice I can help change that so I can wirte much better stories. Have fun.

Twilight High: Drama of Lerane Strife

Charpter 1: 'Lerane?'

A new year had begun at Twilight High. Which began a new school for Lerane. Lerane had just moved to Twilight Town with her parents, Tifa and Cloud Strife. Lerane woke up that morning and slid her feet into her slippers.

‘I hate early mornings. ’The droned girl said as she walked like a zombie towards the bathroom.

Lerane did the usual a 16 year old would do in the morning before school. Brushed her teeth, had a shower, brushed her hair and got changed.

‘Lerane breakfast!’ Lerane’s mother called out from downstairs.

Lerane walked down the staircase and into the dining room.

‘Waffles.’ Tifa said as she placed the plate down in front of Lerane’s face.

‘Thanks mum.’ Lerane picked up her knife and fork and began to eat her breakfast.

‘Good morning Lerane! Looking forward to High school.’ Lerane’s father had just come into the room for his breakfast.

‘Come on dad! You’re only acting nice to me because soon you’ll be getting rid of me all day long for the rest of the year.’ Lerane laughed at her father.

Cloud walked up and ruffled her hair and took a bite out of one of her waffles.

‘That’s not true.’ Cloud said with a giant smile.

‘Wait for it dad. By the end of the day you’ll miss me. Cya Mum.’ Lerane said as she picked up her back bag and left for school with a smile on her face.

‘Have a good day.’ A voice came from the kitchen.

Lerane had managed to get away from home but didn’t necessary want to go to school. She knew no one. Lerane walked past many students that were also walking to school. They could possibly become her new friends. Lerane arrived at the school gate. Eyeing it like it will be the end of the world if she entered. Lerane took a deep breath in and took a few steps forward. She was in! Now the biggest challenge. Getting through a day of school. Lerane unzipped her school bag and got out a map to where her locker was. Lerane was too busy looking down on the map then where she was walking and accidently walked into someone and they both fell to the floor. Lerane dropped some of her books in her hands and so did the other person. Lerane looked up and met eye contact with a spiky brunette boy.

‘I-I’m sorry.’ Lerane said as she quickly lost eye contact and picked up her books.

Lerane stood up to leave but was stopped by the boy.

‘Uhhh. Your map.’ Lerane turned around.

‘Thanks.’ She said with a smile.

The boy passed her the map. Lerane was embarrassed and quickly walked off.

‘Well done Lerane first day and you bump into someone.’ Lerane said to herself.

Lerane managed to find her locker. She opened the lock and placed her bag in her locker and took out her books.
‘Music. Yes!’ Lerane said as she looked at the time table.

Lerane enjoyed music a lot. She would have the class every period if she could.

‘Hey Sora. What was that all about?’ Said a silver haired boy that was with the brunette.

Sora was in a trance. He couldn’t turn around her take his eyes from where he last saw her.

‘She bumped into me and we dropped our books.’ Sora turned around to the sound of Kairi, his red haired friend.

‘She was really pretty. Don’t you think Sora?’ Kairi giggled like the little school girl she was.

Sora blushed.‘I guess.’ Sora rubbed the back of his head.

Kairi and Riku both looked at each other then back at Sora.

‘Leave the poor thing alone she’s new. Give her some time to rest in before you start harassing her.’ Riku laughed. ‘Harassing?!’ Sora asked back.

The group laughed.

‘We better get ready we have class in a minute. What do you guys have?’ Kairi asked as she looked at her timetable.

‘Maths.’ Riku said.

‘I have English.’ Kairi added.

‘I have music.’ Sora said in a less enthusiastic tone.

The bell rang for class and the first period of the year began.

Sora arrived in class after the bell had finished ringing. On the other hand Lerane had been there for a few minutes before Sora. Lerane looked at the door to see who was walking in, and sure enough it was that boy from before. Lerane looked away quickly and brushed her long blonde hair back behind her ear. Sora walked in and as per usual followed by a few other students that were also “late”. Sora looked around for a seat and noticed the girl he bumped into. A small smile crept up on his face as he noticed that there was a seat behind her. He sat down and the teacher began his lecture.
Lerane started to worry about the brunette sitting behind her. She was going to change seats but the teacher started to talk.

‘Good morning students. Today we will go straight into music composing. You are to compose a piece of musical artwork. Using any instrument you wish…’ the teacher went on.

But this was all Lerane needed to know. Lerane had a beautiful singing voice and she can use it to create her own song. Sora, by now, was drowning in his own self boredom by now. He enjoyed playing the Guitar and, if he had to, he would compose his song using the guitar.

‘Alright kids get to work. Oh and welcome to High school.’ Mr. Brown said with a smile as he sat down in his desk and did some of his own work.

Straight away Lerane was writing the notes that would be played on the piano to guide and enhance the melody with her voice. Sora had a guitar in his hands and was already writing down his notes and chords. Mr. Brown was mostly watching the new student Lerane. He had not yet seen her potential and was looking forward in finding a genius in her.

After about half an hour. Lerane had her song ready to go.

‘Ahh Mr. Brown. I’m finished.’ Lerane placed her workbook in front of her teacher and waited to hear his reply.

‘Why. This would sound lovely.’ Mr. Brown was impressed.
‘You are very artistic. And I can’t wait for you to present this to the class next lesson.’ Mr. Brown said as he marked her work.

Lerane’s eyes began to widen.‘Pres-Pres-Presentation?’ Lerane’s heart began to beat a million beats per second.

‘Yes remember what I said before you started?’ Mr. Brown reminded Lerane.

‘Oh yeah I remember.’ Lerane got her work and sat back down over at the piano.

Lerane must have zoned out when her teacher said they were performing their pieces to the class.
Sora was on a role with his song. He was thinking of adding lyrics but he couldn’t sing. Sora replayed the song before he showed it to his teacher. Lerane over heard. She made lyrics up for the song on the spot. The sound from the guitar was peaceful and slow. Lerane fell in love with the song the instant it started. Sora stood up and pushed his chair in. Sora looked over at the piano and saw Lerane. Lerane was still looking over in his direction from zoning out again. She turned around and started to play. An awkward smile etched her face as she continued playing. Sora didn’t realize that she was looking at him and just kept on walking towards Mr. Browns desk.

‘Mr. Brown. Finished.’ Sora placed his book down on the table.

‘For someone who doesn’t like music you seem to get things done real quick.’ Mr. Brown looked at Sora’s work. ‘And you do an excellent job at it.’ Mr. Brown added.

‘Well I do like the guitar.’ Sora said trying to cover up that he does like music.

Sora looked up from the table over to wear Lerane was sitting. Lerane’s back was facing him while she played the piano. Lerane continued playing a melody she loved most. Normally she would be listening to pop rock but she also shared a passion with classical instruments.

‘I want to know her name.’ Sora said to himself.
Sora received his work back from his teacher as the bell rang.

‘Alright class next lesson you perform your piece. Be prepared.’ Mr. Brown warned the unready students that had not finished yet.

Lerane was last to leave the classroom. She felt more herself in this room. Lerane walked out of the room and turned to the right to go to her locker.

Sora, Riku and Kairi found each other after class and were standing at their lockers together. Different sorts of conversations were going on all at once between the three. In between everything Sora managed to see the Lerane walk past again.

Lerane’s head was facing towards the ground. She wanted to get to class as quick as possible. But this wouldn’t happen as she walked past Sora. Lerane lifted her head to look where she was going. Lerane saw her locker and thought that she was free from the business of the hallways. She reached her locker and it opened. Her timetable was sticky taped onto the inside of her locker. She had English. Lerane looked all through her locker but couldn’t find her English book. Instead she found somebody else’s.

‘Oh. It must be his.’ Lerane said out loud but to herself.

Sora dismissed himself from the meeting the three had made and followed Lerane towards her locker. He noticed that she was struggling to find one of her books. Sora looked through the books in his bag and he found her English book.

‘Lerane.’ Sora said her name in his head. He thought it was really pretty.

‘Lerane?’ Sora had walked up towards Lerane and was daring to talk to her.

Lerane turned around to face the questionnaire. But didn’t expect It to be him.

Sora has built up the courage to talk to Lerane. What happens when they start to talk? And Sora's friends meet the new female to Twilight High?

Hmm...well, "Arghannus" and I are glad to see Lerane branch out, but truth be told, this seems like a repeat of the atrociety that was High School Musical. Still, it sounds pretty good so far, and I hope to read more of it. (Just as long as it doesn't turn into HSM. *retch*)

Really? Anyway, the story was great. Hope Sora does talk to Lerane and that they like each other and so forth. :3
I can't wait for the next chapter!

I cant wait for the next chapter either. But I have to write it. Lol its no surprize for me when it comes out. lol. Sorry random rant. Thanxs for the comment. And I guess I might start a bit mor tommorrow because its like 12:22 am here. *Idea bulb* Or maybe iI'll start some now....hmmmm
