Inside Xehanort's Mind

I was bored, so I decided to start writing a fanfic. It's about Ansem the Wise and Even(Vexen)'s research on Xehanort's memories. I'm not even sure if I'm gonna go through with it, but nonetheless, I'll accept any constructive criticism.

Chapter 1 (unfinished)
Three sharp knocks resounded on the wooden door. “Please try some other time. I’m rather busy at the moment.” Again, more knocking. “I told you, go away! I’m in the middle of an experiment of the utmost importance!!” The knocking resumed once more. “LEAVE NOW YOU SON OF A-oh….erm, Master Ansem….what a pleasant surprise!” “Even, I thought I told you to please watch your temper. It is quite rude, especially when you don’t know who it is you’re talking to.” “Forgive me, Master Ansem. I have been studying Xehanort’s mental data from our previous experiments. It is rather intriguing!” “I would imagine so, Even.” Even got up from the lab table and over to his computer. “After thoroughly examining Xehanort’s memories-or lack therof, in some cases-I have been able to convert some of his most prominent memories into a wmv file. However, I have watched it time and time again, and I can’t make any sense of it! His name reoccurs throughout his memories, but he seems to associate it with an old man. His relative, perhaps?” “I do not know, Even. I must say that I’m a bit worried about you performing experiments on Xehanort’s mind. He is, after all, my head apprentice!” “Of course, Master Ansem! Any experiments on Xehanort’s memories are permitted by him. I wouldn’t dare experiment with his mind without his consent!” was what Even said, but what he thought was a completely different matter. “Lead apprentice, my ass! I should be Master Ansem’s head apprentice! The old fool is too muddled to realize what he’s doing!! If Master Ansem wasn’t so attached to him, I’d wring Xehanort’s neck in an instant! Still, his memories are intriguing; perhaps I should refrain from beating the crap out of him for a while longer. He is the source of much research!”
