So, when the world corrupted, everyone went to who knows where then came back later like Kairi?

I think Sora's mom died, hehe. I dont think she can cook that well either, b/c Sora was -and still is- skinny as anything before they left!

Does Kairi even have any parents, or is she an orphan (sp?) now? Since she magically appeared on the island alone, her parents died too?

1) Sora's mom is prolly still wating for him to come down for dinner ;P

2) Kairi's parents would be in RG, considering that where she came from. At DI, Kairi is taken care of by the mayor supposedly

Hmm, we never hear anything much about Sora's mum. I think he (or Riku) mentions thier parents at one point in the game. Just one.
I once thought that maybe they just included her so that they let the younger gamers (or thier parents) know that Sora, Riku and Kairi weren't living on an island all by themselves.

Ahh, I dunno. Maybe i'm thinking to much ^_^'

but seriously thats messed up, they could of at least shown her in KH2, then we could've made some sense of this

Sora's mom went into a state of beserk after Sora returned to DI and was gonna get beaten up by his parents but Sora took out Ultima Weapon and killed them. Just a theory. :D

Meh. She's not that important really...
Anyone notice that ALL of Sora/Riku/Kairi's friends on the island, excluding themselves, are younger versions of FF chars? Maybe they all went their own way, saved the world(s) in their own way, and came back (like Sora's mom) when Sora beat Ansem...

Well, when you go to traverse town there is a little boy at a lamp post. He looks almost identical to the little boy on destiny iland that attacks with a sword( wooden) SO I am wonderin they might be the same person?

Oh you mean Tidus?! Um, I dont know about the kid in Traverse Town, but I dont think it was Tidus...maybe...idk. I wonder where he and Selphie went and how they really came back.
