Two quick questions.

1. How did Xehanort the apprentice open the door to RG/HB?

2. Why didn't any of the Heartless created by the apprentices attack anyone. The Heartless that led Xehanort the apprentice to the door didn't attack him, why?

1. We're not quite sure, although I'm guessing it has some things to do with what we find out in BBS. Xehanort being actually Terra with Eraqus' heart inside of him fused with Master Xehanort, three keybladers all together, I think it might be possible he still had a way to unlock the hearts to worlds and did that.

2. Actually, according to some of the Ansem reports, it was when the apprentices opened the door that they stopped being themselves, turned into nobodies I think, so a heartless would have no need to attack a being that has no heart for it to steal. So, if when a majority of their heartless tests took place after they were already corrupted and about to trun on Ansem or already Nobodies, then the heartless wouldn't attack them for the same reasons they hadn't attacked Clayton in KH1. They were already lost souls, so why bother?

1. Probably because he has three hearts inside him that had once wielded a keyblade. That and seeing the door is nothing seeing thd actual keyhole is what keybladers do. Remember how Sora could see the keyhole's door on DI, but Riku saw the keyhole?

2. They kept them in dungeons, read the Ansem Reports in both games, they reveal a lot. They were probably locked in the prison chambers near the Chamber of Repose. That, and Xehanort is loaded with darkness. Or he could just be a sneaky ninja.
