I actually BEAT Kurt Zisa and Phantom! It's a miracle! I am very happy! Now in case someone here is having trouble I thought I'd tell you how I came in the battles.

For Zisa I went in at level 58 with EVERYONE's slots completely filled with items and I had the lionheart keychain as well as the ability "treasure magnet" (to collect the MP balls). And whatever you do, DO NOT equip air combo plus. It might seem like a good idea, but it isn't. You'd be suprised how much quicker it went with that ability unequipped.

For Phantom I was at level 59, equipped Lady Luck and MP regenerating abilities as well as filled every slot for me and Goofy with items, especially elixirs. Make sure you have stopra, curaga, and one other spell for the shortcut because when he uses that annoying curse attack you'll want to mash curaga the entire time (and with MP rage you won't run out of MP). Also in the fight I was the only one left, he had doom on me for 6 seconds and I had no items or MP. The solution? This might sound crazy, but LET HIM HIT YOU. He'll give you more MP and at this level you won't die. Not only that, but you can heal for more than he damages. It really works!

I hope this helps a few people conquer these difficult bosses.

I've just been lazy about the phantom since I had an expereience where I killed him and went off to fight zisa right after and died on zisa... no save...

Kurt's easy for me, I'm just good at that type of enemy, phantom was difficult cuz I hate magic and how you needed peter pan in your group.

But seriously dude, congrats. I'm glad you're happy about it. I'm actually impressed you beat them at such low levels. (I couldn't even touch Zisa till I was over 80 or so). Oh, and for the "Curse" attack that Phantom does, just go around the building when he starts it up. He'll miss every time AND it will give you a chance to cast Stop on the hands again to make sure the spell doesn't wear off. At least that's how I did it.

The Phantom is probably the most challenging of the two. Those attacks he uses are such a pain. The gliding make sit difficult to fight also. But, good job!

kurt zisa would be weak sauce if it werent for his spinny attacks! (we're also like the same level)

Yeah it really is cool that you did it at a lower lvl. I did it about a year ago though...at level 99...oh the shame of hours well spent...

Good for you, by the time I even cared to fight Ziza, I was level 100. I still haven't beat Phantom, from lack of trying.

They aren't actually that hard, just get to level 99 and you should beat them no problem.

He's happy since he did it at a lower level then most people do. It's like beating Sephiroth on proud at level 30. Only.. A kiddy version I guess.

I guess, but I would still recommnded that he should of beat Phantom at a higher level, I tried beatig Sephrioth at level 40 once, but it didn't work out to good.

Nice job on defeating him..he was hard for me at first but then i finally bested him!
