The design of the Keyblade and the fact it still retained those Gunblade elements made it so awesome. The long reach and longer combo was great too.

Yep! Plus, out of all the keyblades, it just caught my eye more. The rest seemed Disney-ish (minus Oblivion, but thats just too popular for my taste) and less like weapons.

Also fits Squall too. I was kinda hoping to see a Sephiroth-themed keyblade. Would be a wonderful weapon, and kinda fit a darker theme. Then again, Sephiroth is too uber to have a need for keychains. :D

The closest we came was One-Winged Angel in KH1 FM, but that didn't fit him.

Eh. I don't think it's any great loss. Just seems there were a couple more Keyblades and an extra boss battle.

It's a shame we didn't get KH2 FM+, because that had a lot more stuff compared to its original game.
