I need help synthesizing

Ive been trying to get the ultima weapon for a long time now but theres I few ingredients im missing and no matter how many heartless I fight I can never get those items so im gonna list the items I need and could you please tell me which heartless have them and where they are? it dosent have to be all ot them just only if you see one you know...

bright shard
power shard
frost gem
frost shard
shiny crystal

frost gem: The jellyfish heartless at Atlantica and if you use blizzard on the white mushroom as the 3rd spell.

frost shard: Blue flying things (4got name) at Travers Town.

bright shard: the flying things (forgot name) in traverse town (3rd District).. (i think)

Power Shard: Monkey Heartless at Deep Jungle

Shiny Cristal: Big Sheld Hearless.

how do you get mystery goo. ive used gravy on the rare truffles and ive tried to hit them 100 times before hitting the ground but i can seem to hit it more than 18

are they the only way?

no..

find a white mushroom (the ones that want you to use spells on them), once when you find the white mushrooms, do the spells they want 3 times on it without messing up and there is like a 50% change that they will give you mystery goo.

syntizizing is really hard so i dont know anything about that

Synthesizing isn't that hard. the only thing that gets annoying is Mystery Goo. But after a while i kept getting it. But even though i beat the game. i still play that fil so that sora goofy and donald has crystal crown in all their slots for equipment. so far my sora has three crowns donald has one and poor goofy has none.
