I highly doubt that Kairi has any connection with AtW in that way, if he did you'd think he would make mention of it.

Family has not ever been important in Kingdom Hearts and never will.

AtW looks nothing like Kairi, and She is not a real princess princess just a pure heart girl.

Right. Besides, Ansem has yellow hair and Amber eyes. Kairi has Red Hair and Blue eyes.

Well, take into consideration Sora's flashback, Kairi's Grandmother, and the fact that she didn't remember where she grew up and Hollow Bastion seems to have a history of citizens with amnesia.
