I always thought the voice was just...a voice. I never really thought into it a whole lot when I first played KH.
Now that I do, I'd guess either Mickey, Terra, Ven, a completely new character, the Keyblade, his heart or just a voice that may never get a voice actor and we'll never find out who it is.
