Did you like how FF was portrayed in KH?

Simple question. Do hardcore fans of Final Fantasy like how some were portayed in Kingdom Hearts?

I only ask this because I recently picked up FFX and started playing it. As the game went on, I just got into the characters and ended up hating what happned to some of them.

Tidus - A deep, cool, blitzball playing character that weilded a wicked sword turned into a little annoying kid. I loved his FF Character. His character had determination and strength which came along with a deep mind. I love that about his character.

Yuna - A summoner turned Gunslinger turned little Tinkerbell like Fairy?

Auron - He's like my favorite character in FFX right now, and I liked and hated his role in KH2. I liked his interaction with Sora and Co. and how he fought against Hades, but I hated how he was controlled by Hades and his soul was put into a doll. It made him lose his edge. He had that "I live by my own rules" attitude.

Don't even get me started on Wakka, Rikku, Paine, Selphie, Seifer, Vivi, etc.

So, did you guys like how FF Characters were portrayed in KH? Feedback would be good.

It didnt bother me really. Except for Cloud and Airith. They made Cloud a wussy loser talking about the darkness in his heart. They made him look liek a total poser! Oh an dthe only problem i had with airith was in KH II because of her voice.

Yeah Cloud Strife was way to EMO!!! his like, the darkness in my hear...... but still, the roles they had and everything was COOL!

He's on Destiny Islands. In the first one. He's the guy with the stick weapon that you can fight. Spiky hair. By where you find the rope.

It doesn't really bother me because going into it and seeing the Disney characters I knew that they weren't going to be like they're game counter parts. So the changes never bothered me at all.

the way tiffy looked like in ff and the way she looked in kh2 was way different i also have ffX and every body turend into a wimp in kh1!!!!1

I think that the biggest reason that they seemed wimpy is because they were trying to display how the each of them grew from Kids into the soulful adults that they were in FFX. If you look at Tidus, you can kinda see just how his persona evolved over the course from the time he was a kid (Destiny Islands) to the time when he played his "last" Blitzball game for the Zanarkand team (At the beginning of FFX). His bratty demeanor is still there, but he has begun to grow up.

The same thing is with Auron. I think that his role shows how he changed after Yuna "sent him" in FFX. You'd have to imagine that a guy with his past probably went to the Underworld, and doesn't have the same control down there.

I kinda think it's cool! Anybody agree?

i thought it was pretty fine until kingdom hearts ii. i didn't like how sephiroth was presented in kingdom hearts ii. in kingdom hearts one was much better. tifa's role should of been better... i wonder if yuna will recover into her normal form and wear her normal clothes.

I like it although I'm not a hardcore FF fan. I still think it was great since I know a friend that plays all FF game and like me played KH and really liked it. So yeah, I think they have especially Cloud and Aerith.

I don't really care considering I haven't play much of FF games. I mean if FF7: Dirge of Cerberus was like in there or something, then I have a say. Otherwise, I don't think I have a problem, although I heard of Selphie from FF8 and her character is okay but not like the one in FF8.
