White Mushroom Question

I'm Mushroom hunting and I was curious about something: if I go to a place where Mushrooms might appear, but there aren't any there, would leaving the place (not the world) and re-entering allow Mushrooms to possible appear, or would I have to leave the world and come back to up the chances of Mushrooms appearing.
I really hope my question is understandable, I wasn't quite sure how to word it. XD

Edit: To make my question more comprehendable, I'll use an example:

I go to the treasure room in Agrabah, which is where White Mushrooms might appear in that world. There aren't any when I get there, so I decide to enter the lamp chamber. Is there a chance of Mushrooms appearing if I re-enter the treasure room, or would I have to leave Agrabah and come back to have that effect?

I don't think you have to leave the world, just the area. It might take a while. I was mushroom hunting for a like hours, but I was trying to get ALL of the items they dropped.

You would have to leave the world unfortunately. You can go to the red room in traverse town; lotus forest in wonderland; outside the campsite in deep jungle; the jungle hideout(the main room with the hole in the floor) in deep jungle; undersea cave(area on the way to Triton's palace, marked with two tridents pointing into a small cave) atlantica; the shipwreck(below deck) in atlanta; graveyard(the first section of the Graveyard just past the gates into it) in Halloween Town; the room before the last save point in the world that never was;; and where you said in Agrabah. That's where you go to find them :-)

Really? I never had to leave the world...they always showed up eventually.

You just have to go 2 screens away, methinks. Two screening resets the area. Or was it three screening? Either way just try both.

WTF is this post about!? On topic though, you have to go at least two screens away. Example (I also understand something easier with an example):

You enter outside the tent in Deep Jungle. Mushrooms don't appear. First of all, to make them appear you need to defeat the enemies in the area. When you are don't fighting all the enemies you need to head past the bamboo and into the area where you fought Clayton. Then you can go back.

Sora9890: They only appear in the Red Room until the battle level changes. That is after you complete the first part of Hollow Bastion (y'know...after you turn into the Heartless.)

nah u dont have to leave the world,if they dont appear just leave the place and go back and if they still dont appear then kill a few heartless and they should appear in no time

You need to kill all the heartless in the room before any different ones appear. Also, 2-screen it

try a few try if dosnt work try fighting at the colosium it might turn out a good outpoot
