Donald's Nephews

I recall at the end of Kingdom Hearts 1 that Donald's Nephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie go back to Disney Castle but in Kingdom Hearts 2, they have their own shop opened up in Radiant Garden. Am I missing something?

It's just a minor plot hole. You could come up with numerious reasons why plot wise(Which most likely will be posted here) , but we will most likely never get an offical reasoning.

They certainly could've just taken a Gummi Ship there. Afterall, Chip and Dale have their own workshop in Disney Castle. Either that, or they could've hopped a ride with their traveling Uncle ScroogeMcDuck.

It isn't really much of a "plot hole" at all, if you ask me.

(Also, isn't it mentioned that Scrooge traveled with King Mickey at one point in the past, as salesmen? Or did I imagine that part?...)

It did say Scrooge traveled but never mentioned Mickey.

Well it is true they did return to Disney Castle but remember Sora was asleep for a year lots of things could have happened in that time period.

Radiant Garden was probably their old home world.
