My favroite part was when.....I liked the whole game it's so hard to pick just one instance. But let me see, I'd have to say when Riku was first seen in Traverse Town. I liked the way he just popped up, it suprised the hell out of me the first time I saw it.

Absolute most favorite moment ever in KH1?

...after the last Pooh Mini game where you had to find everyone in under 5 minutes. The scene that followed where they all watched the stars and then Sora walked off to find his own friends. Then the book's cover changed.
It still moves me to tears each and every time I play it.

Ooh hard question.
But, I'd have to say a few things
One: My uber fangirlism over Riku. He was so awesome to me back then, still is but not as much
Two: Finding out Riku was evil, that was like .O_O shit brick moment.
Three: Sra doing what i call 'committing' suicide to save Kairi and the other Princesses and doing the Goofy smile before he did
our: Of course fighting Ansem. Kick ass.
Five: The ending scene T.T Riku sacrificing himself
Six:[this is out of order]...fighting Oogie Boogie 1st time. That was so kick ass.

"our" The New Number after Three. Cause Four is boring.:laugh:

But I liked the suicide scene too. It was one of the only times I thought Sora was actually Cooler than Riku. For that Fleeting moment he was. Till he turned to a weak ass shadow. I mean really with a heart that stong you'd think he'd become at least a Neoshadow.

I don't really think it's ever been explained how the type of Heartless you turn into is determined. :I I've seen it said around the forums that the more Darkness you have in your Heart, the stronger Heartless you'll become. It rings true, especially when you look at KH1's Sora.

Gah, there's seriously too many. Well, umm...

1) Destiny (Sayonara, Destiny Islands)

"Once we set through, we might not be able to come back. We may never see our parents again. There's no turning back. But this may be our only chance. We can't let fear stop us! I'm not afraid of the darkness!"

He had no idea. Sora, he had no idea what was happening. His friend, the darkness; was he dreaming again? No, this is different, it's definitely real. Kairi... Riku... Riku! He rushed to pull him away from the darkness. But the closer he got, the more distant he felt. The darkness, was he afraid? He wanted to help, but felt helpless... until.

Keyblade...

At that moment, he chose to fight. (Luffles this moment bunches <3)

2) Riku!? Wait, you're not Riku! (The Final Keyhole)

"It's no use. That girl has lost her heart; she cannot wake up. The keyhole cannot be completed, so long as the last Princess of Heart still sleeps."

The part where he descends infront of the "Final Keyhole," I always thought that part was pretty sick.

3) Darkness (Ansem)

"This world has been connected. Tied to the darkness... soon to be completely eclipsed. There is so very much to learn. You understand so little. One who knows nothing can understand nothing."

Ansem (SoD). Need I say more? He's a pimp.

pretty hard.
but at least one of my top
favorite moments was that last
in game cutscene where ansem
says "fill me...with the power of darkness"
then the light comes out and kills him.
i'll have to edit this, once i decide
my true favorite though lol

Hmm.........I have a lot of good memories from KH1. But I'd have to say that fighting Riku when he was taken over by Ansem in Hollow Bastion was awesome. I think it was the second time you had to fight him, but I can't remember. All's I remember was it was when Riku was like after Kairi's Heart or whatever and he told Sora that Kairi's heart was in him. And I thought it was so funny when he was said "Kairi's......inside me?":laugh:
So yea then you fought him and then Sora committed "suicide".

My favorite part of KH1? Well, any scene with Riku, when Sora was at Hollow Bastion and the End of the World, all of the final battles, when Riku and King Mickey stayed on the other side of the door, the part when Sora and the others run after Pluto, and Deep Dive/Another Side, Another Story.

*Sora blocks Riku/Ansem's attack*

"Forget it! There's no way you're taking Kairi's heart!"

Yeah, that second Riku fight in Hollow Bastion's Grand Hall is my all-time favorite amongst many from KH1. To be honest, I think that battle set me up for OXIII fights in later games and thus my interest in the members.
