re chain of memories controls

since this game is coming to north america, wont the controls be different, because in Japan, the attack button is O and jump is X, will the north american version have X as attack and O as jump

Perhaps. JP Kingdom Hearts always use O as attack and X as jump whilst it's vice versa for US. All I can say is wait for it to come out. =P

i dont know actually. I do think these buttons will stay though

L1-Shift Cards
L2-Shift Cards

L1+L2-Confirm Sleight

Start-Pause/Open Menu
Select-Open Map/Enemy Cards

tHats all i know so far. Im actually just guessing on this.

i hope they keep the controls the same because if you played the gba version, the buttons are actually similar to the japanese controls. having x to attack seems weird to me just for this game.

Well, they usually change it for US releases (unlike in Metal Gear Solid...ugh). But KH has always been changed here in the US, so probably.

i think the basic controls will pretty much be the same as the other kingom hearts games cept for the card changes

The controls are:
X = attack
O = jump
R1/L1 = shuffle cards
L2 = lock on
Triangle/pressing L1 and R1 at the same time = put cards up for a sleight and use them

At least, that's how it is for the Japanese one...I changed the X and the O though...
I have the Japanese version that's why I know all of this...
