Are the two castles the same? Or is The world that never was castle just a random castle that Org. 13 made?

Doubtful that the two are connected other than by the fact that they're both run by Organization XIII. [for lack of a better term] However, seeing as Sora, Donald, and Goofy actually got moved from Castle Oblivion to Twilight Town, DiZ could've pulled a risky move by going through The World That Never Was to get to Twilight Town, so the two castles could very well be connected.

Castle Oblivion was the orinal headquarters until everybody in Castle Oblivion died, so Xemnas was like "What the shizz man, theres dead bodies on my sparkly white flloor. Lets build a new Castle" So they build TWTNW castle as their new HQ.

No. Castle Oblivion wasn't made by Organization XIII, they just found it.
They resided in TWTNW the entire time and stumbled upon the castle and worked to make it a new HQ to do experiments on memories.
They aren't really connected, except that they are both in the in-between realm.

Um.....wow. I think the castle in Twilight Town was more like coincidentally found and that the Castle Oblivion was a seperate castle. I don't think it's connected in that sense unless your looking at the Organization XIII. Yeah kind of confuses me too.
