By "Doubling you attack", do you mean double damage or double hit? Same thing, but double hit is cooler XD

i think you beat roxas in kh2fm+, if not beat his data, or beat the game. If none of those work check gamefaqs, they have it there.

once you have a save data of kingdom hearts ii: final mix on your memory card, you should be able to get the roxas card in twilight town inside the room of rewards.
