Which Gameplay Style Would You Prefer for KH3?

The gameplay of Kingdom Hearts has evolved over these last ten years, and several different styles of gameplay have surfaced. This thread is for discussing what you want to see move on to Kingdom Hearts III and is also for discussing what you would rather see left behind. For polling purposes, the gameplay styles are generalized into the original style (KH1, KH2, and Days), the command deck style (Birth by Sleep, Coded, and DDD), and the card battle style (Chain of Memories). These three options are very broad, but they are made just to obtain a general idea of what we want for Kingdom Hearts III. So, what do you want?

If there are any FF gameplay elements that you would like to see in KH3, you can discuss them too.

I like the commands, but I think there should be an Mp bar for magic still.
It's hard to explain, but it's what we're doing in the KHI makes a KH game thread

Ideally? A mix between the original style and the command deck. Somewhat of a middle ground between KHII's somewhat combo oriented style and Birth by Sleep's massive attack variety, if that makes any sense.

The optimum gameplay style for me would have to be a mix between the command deck and the battle system from KH1/KH2. I think it was said that KH3 would have a mix of 3D's gameplay and Versus' gameplay, but I don't remember where that was mentioned.

It was something along the lines of "bold actions that couldn't be implemented in Versus were used in 3D, and KH3 would have a natural evolution of those systems."

Or something like that. I dunno.

I'd like a combination between KH2 and BBS...also I'd like to see full parties like in the FF games.

I remember that too. I'm not sure which interview it was in though.

Interesting idea. Are there any other elements of FF that anybody else would like to see in KH3?

I would love for them to implement full parties! Though I still want them to have temporary Disney party members, too. Replaying through KH1 has made me realize how much I miss them...

Yeah, pretty much what has been said, a optimized blend of KH2 and BbS/3D would fancy me proper. I like the idea of having a full party like the FF games, especially now that Riku is playable. Give KH3 FFXIII style battle paradigms! lol

What could the parties even be, realistically. I don't know if we can include Roxas, Ven, Aqua, or Terra just yet in this conundrum.

(Ally/Support)-King Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Kairi?, Axel?

Kh2 battle system basis with reaction commands, drive forms, freeflow action/flowmotion and having donald and goofy as party members.

I think this thread has hapoened before, then again 70 percent,of the threads here mostly ask the same things.

On topic, a blend of KH2, BBS, and DDD.

Yeah, but the topic is going to be discussed many times before, during, and after III's release.
