Really quick answer on swap magic

I just got my swap magic 3 coder and kh2fm+, and i got a pal slim ps2, now where do i put the slide tool? and how can i istall the dvd??? please help!!!!!!

I think, that if you have got a slim ps2, you don't even need the slide card tool.
Just put the swap magic disc in, wait until it gives you the screen were you can choose between "Load Program" and "Video Mode: NTSC (or switch it to PAL if you need it)", then open the cover and just insert KH2FM.

when i insert the swap disc it gives me a page "boot disc" "normal" "special" "sboot" "cheat codes" wht do i have to do???????

Uhh ya return the slide card as soon as possible. you need magic keys, or a flip top

The slide card is only for the fat PS2.

As an owner of 2 slim ps2's, Swap Magic, and KH2FM+, I can say that so far, all previous posts are either wrong or unhelpful.

Now to solve that problem!
First, You need to mod your ps2 to work with Swap Magic. The fat ps2 can be moded with the slide card, but unfortunately, it is useless for your slim ps2.
What you will want to do is block the sensors that stop your disc when you open the ps2. You can either buy some funny metal tools to do this, or you can do it for free with common house-hold items! (The second is much cheaper/faster/and fun, just don't be an idiot and ruin your ps2).
There are videos on youtube that show how to mod a slim ps2, that you can search for, but these require that you open your ps2 and void your warranty.
If the videos don't answer all your questions, go to afterdawn.com and search for 'tape and tissue mod' (that's what you do to mod the slim ps2).

... So you bought the thing and don't even know what it does. You really need to do some more research before you ask anymore questions. But in the spirit of being helpful:
1. Block Sensors on PS2 Slim
2. Insert Swap Magic
3. When Swap Magic loads and comes to its main screen, SWAP!
4. Press X
5. Play your import

Swap Magic is basically a boot disc that lets you play imports/"backup" games for the PS2
