No. Unless it's a japanese PS3, you can't get a PS3 to play KH2FM.

Like Hades said it won't work on a non Japanese PS3. If you willing to get the game though just get a Japanese PS2 and play it on that.

hmmm anywhere from 150-160 so thats not that bad at all.

no, that won't work. you must use a modded ps2 or a japanese ps2/3. a ps3 cannot be modded.
so don't try it, it can wreck you ps3!

No sorry... :( You will have to use a normal NTSC/Pal PS2 with swap magic or Modded or a Jap PS2/3.

out of curiosity how do u mod a ps2? im gonna buy KHFM & KHIIFM+ so i can get both plots and experience the gameplay and i kno that modding the ps2 is neccesary

Unless you're very experience with soldering and doing hardmods like creating your own PS2 casing with pretty LED lights and such, I doubt you would even want to bother doing so as that would totally void your warranty, and your PS3 will simply look ugly and possibly die if you do something wrong. It's not like flashing a 360.
