Cutscene voices?

I was always informed the the new cutscenes in Final Mix+ did not have voices and only subtitles, and the other cutscenes English voices. I've even scene many vids of these cutscenes with only subtitles and no voices, though it did have the original bg music. So, why am I now seeing all of these vids of the new cutscenes with Japanese voices? Like this one for example: YouTube - *VOICES* KH2 Final Mix: Riku Vs. Roxas (English Subs)

you need to complete a certain task in order to unluck the voiceovers.
i have asked that ? b4 and they gave me this answer. when i replied that it might had to do with the save transitions between RECoM and FM+, i got no reply... maybe it is that... :-?

i heard u have to use a certain save from RE: CoM to unlock Theater Mode in the opening screen... and then with some other certain save in RE: CoM along with certain things done in Final Mix+ u can unlock english/japanese voices in ALL the scenes... i do my homework on this sorta thing.. lol.. but i dont have it yet... :( *pouts*

I've got the Final Mix+, but no mod-chip-yet. (talk about irony) *grumbles at parentals*, so I wouldn't know...

how much does a made chip/installation cost?

Don't use the chip, it's too risky and it blows off the guaranty of the PS automatically. If I were you I'd buy the Swap Magic 3.6, it's extremely easy to use and it works. I personally have been using it for over a year and nothing bad ever hapenned to my old fat PS2. =3

i got a new slim silver PS2 and i got a 1 year warenty on it(still with in it).. how much does that thing cost... and i know im gonna buy Final Mix+ if it wont come to America, but i wanna make sure, til E3/TGS...

Well, I'm from Europe but I think that the Swap Magic must cost around 20-25 USD.
