100 % E.S. Strategy

This is just a re-load of my Thread for all who are looking for a Strategy for E.S.!!! Hope it will help you!

A small Help for everyone who wanna kick HIS butt XD

First of all E.S. has a huge Pattern of Attacks which he loves to choose completely random, so there isn't a help of his fighting pattern cause he could use everything he needs.

So first all his attacks and the "nearly best" strategy against it.

The first tip of all, which is nearly the most important:
Stay on the ground!!
Most (nearly all of them) of his attacks are so hard, they just throw you in the air! And your best friend-ability: Guard! Pressing Square many times can be VERY helpful!

So now really to the attacks (maybe I will add some pictures to them):

Keyblade Bazooka:

E.S. stands and his Blade forms a huge Energy-Ball which will chase you so long after you touch it and it explodes.
How to use this Attack to your advantage: Try to be as near as you can while he loads the attack! Right before he fires just block and it will bounce against him which hurts him very hard that he flies up to the air!

Normal Combo:

E.S. runs forward to you and hits 2 Normal Fist attacks and a Explosive Finisher next to you.
How to use this Attack to your advantage: Block!!! Use block as many times you can and you will stay behind him after he finishes. Good for Counter-Attack.

Keyblade Whip:

His Keyblade turns into a Whip and he gets "Protected" like on Aero-Spelling!
Best thing: If you're pushed upwards, use X for coming back to be at Full Function (lol) and try to fly away.

Sonic Blade:

Like you Limit he rushes many times against you, but he is flying and tries to push you in the Air. There are some Variations that he mades 3 or 4 Hits also 6~7... Its Random!
How to use this Attack to your advantage: As well here... Stay on the Ground and use Block!!!

Very ugly attack. His Keyblade Forms some kind of Bow and he shoots small Lasers. Very hard to dodge. When you get caught your Command list will be changed with a Random List.
How to get free: Just stay calm! Wait until the Counter isn't as this fast and don't trigger the Button! Every wrong Hit just hurts to hard and even can kill you! Just wait until you see the right Command and Press it!

Attack-Seal /Magic-Seal:

Not really good when he use this. If he casts the Attack-Seal, there will be a Red Crystal above you. You attack command will be disabled and you can't attack him.
What to do: Just try to be on ground then this happens. Try to get in Final Form and wait which next attack pattern he has. When he stands on the Ground for some short moments ungrounded, then use Firaga in a high combo (Final Form IS needed) After the Small Bar of the Seal disappears you can hit his HPs again. (When you attack him you get MP-Balls)
Magic-Seal is completly the same just here, but it differs:
You can't Heal with Magic or Items! So here is the same strategy.
Stay on ground and wait while he is open for attacks.
You get HP-Balls for Attacks

Keyblade Bike:

He jumps up and starts to dash over the field while trying to hit you several times.
There is also a "Blizzagun" Version where he shoots to Blizzagun-Spells at you!

What to do: Dodge Roll or Block could help, but you have to lock on to him.

Omnislash:

Let's call this attack Omnislash.
E.S. will use this attack when he has low HP left... well 50 % ~ 45% of HP-Bars left.
You will notice the attack, cause the field gets Darker.
1. He will do some several Attacks.
2. He disappears and reappears just right behind you.
3. He use some kind of Magic what looks like time wheels. (Not Stop-Magic! Just the looks of Time Wheels!)
4. He pulls his Keyblade up to the Sky to load the Finisher.
5. A Series of brutal attacks.
What to do best:
IF you can then use Final Form!
Numbers 1. to 4. you can easily dodge while flying away.
To No. 3 just don't fly straight forward, more in curves... he can't turn in this position and you can escape easily.
No. 5 would be the best when you stay on the Ground and start to Block.
An easier way for No. 5 is flying with Final Form! Both Keyblades will Block every attack and you don't gain any Damage.

Disappear and Reappear with Energy Shooters:

This isn't so worse but some kind of Annoying.
He disappears and he left some Shooters of Light behind.
They float near of you, load and fire some laser-salves.
It don't hurt so much, but they can break you attack line!!!

Well these are all Attack-Patterns he can use in Battle.
Just remember that he can fight completely random!!! So just learn to dogde all his attacks and you will have some chance.

What I noticed in Battle:
You need Level 99 to have a realistic Chance.
Your Attack-Power has to be at least on 80 Points to do greater Damage in the End.
Air-Combo attacks seems to be stronger and hurt him harder!!!
Just try the combination:
Ground-Combo -> Ground-Finisher then
Air-Combo -> Air-Combo-Finisher
You need you healing Magic as fast as possible to recover, so Ultima is your Keyblade of Choice.
Don't give a dare to Donald and Goofy, healing them is a waste of time.
If Donald heals you: Okay, but don't heal him! XD
Try to synthesize some Elixirs which you should take with you for all cases.
If you HP-gets low in the Critical Magic Seal just use the Limit-Form!
You can't get into Anti, when Donald or Goofy is K.O. after all, when you have Final Form its nearly impossible to get into Anti.
Don't hesitate to Re-Drive to Normal Form while in Limit-Form! Cause if you HP is close to Critical it is better to turn back!
Stay on the ground, as good as you can and block most of his attacks!

WHILE TRYING TO GET ALL SCREENS (OH MAN HE IS SO RANDOM XD) I USED MY OWN TIPS AGAIN AND WITH THESE TIPS YOU HAVE A REAL GOOD CHANCE!!!!! I didn't wanted to beat him but in one of these several fights he just had only 2 HP Bars left!!!

Lol, It could help many people but you know you wrote so many times "block" , it's not that easy because the knight is fast. why wouldn't you expand it a little bit.

No really this IS the trick stay on ground - lock on and BLOCK! XDD Hitting Square at the right time with the Normal Block will help so much in this fight!

He is fast but he isn's as THIS fast!

Stay calm and stay on ground and use "block"!

Ehm... after every attack he stand still for some seconds...

The only way he gets hurt by his own attacks is the bazooka!

Very nice strategy. Though I can't play FM(stupid non american version!) this will be a good strategy to use if it comes out for America.

thanx for the guide. when i start my new game, i going on proud mode becuase i wanna have a good amount of hp and i want to fight the ES soldier by doing easier tasks.

Keyblade Bow: - you can jump while having the seal around you, each time you jump you push the release trigger up, so use this instead of the right analog stick to get release, it is much easier to dodge ES's attacks this way.

nice guide, and you should add that most of his attacks, like the combo and the keyblade bow is easier to evade by using reflect, even if it doenst hit him back. anyway you did a good work there
