Why is it that the mage was the only one with a chain attached to his keyblade?

I noticed it and I'm starting to believe that thats the reason why he won check it out. When u go to my page scroll down to my favorites and click on the secret movie with sound. Look at it really closely after he freezes the ES left arm and pause, then u'll see it.

I've been wondering if this has already been posted, but I think it's one of the first...

Ok, so the guy dressed as "Heartless Ansem" has a keychain, Mickey has a keychain, aaaaaaaaaaaand, if you look very very very very closely just as the keyblades begin to fly around and such (like take it almost frame by frame) the "dark" knight may also have a keychain. (It certainly looks like there's something hanging off his keyblade...

There's also the fact that the so-called mage did not have his keyblade until he needed, the ability to summon it exactly when it was required much the same way Sora, Riku, and Mickey are able. Could this be the keyblade weilder that rains destruction down upon the world?

Or is it just another form of Xehanort that we don't know yet?

No... I don't think he won because of the fact that the Keyblade he weilded had a Keychain. I believe it's because the fact that the UEM is simply superior to the three knights.

I think that the real keyblade and his power was the other thing that outmatched them

Their Keyblades were as real as any other one.

Yeah, but the F.M. also used a form of magic, not sure what it was. Looked like Tundgra or something...
