When i first saw that scene i thought it was Axel at first: because the shadowy figure looks to have skinny arms, like Axel-as well as looking as if he's holding Chakarams. However the Member sitting on the throne in that room, has bigger arms. In fact every organization member in one way or another has a specific look to their coat. It's most likely Xemnas or Saix, and if it's someone from the past Zexion(cause they are the only members with normal looking coats, the rest have wierd alterations to them)...Mostly they are the same person...but who knows really

i think its xigbar...i mean if u look closely it has a kind of skinny body like xigbar and it looks like it has a pony tail, also his arms look like he is holding his gun weapons, it has the big handles and smaller aimer thing..

and the member sitting down looks like Xemnas because it has a bigger chest build, the member in the dust seems skinny

Nah it's not Xigbar cause...cause he has the signature huge shoulder pads, but neither the shadow or the one on the throne have that signature robe so it's not him

The Org member is to wide to be Xigber. Judging by his body structure, it would have to be either Marluxia or Xemnas, and since Marluxia is dead, is has to be Xemnas. This cutscean probablly comes shortly before the 1000 Heartless battle.

The Shadow looks like Xehanort's Heartless or some form of Xehanort. The guantlets and coats look alike.

I could try to find a pic of that scene where it shows all of the Organization in Hollow Bastion when they speak to Sora, it might be alittle hard to find though.

in case i don't find it i'll describe them:

Xaldin has a huge coat, is much taller than everyone else, and always has his hands behind his back.

Xigbar's shoulder pads are rather large and stick out alot.

Demyx's shoulder pads are alittle smaller than Xigbar's

Luxord's shoulder pads sink in more.

Saix & Xemnas' coats look about the same only Xemnas is taller

and of course Axel's coat has extremely shrunk arms on it

I highly doubt it. Could be anybody really, theories goes around to Xemnas, Xigbar, Sora, Zexion.

^well the differance in saix and xemna's coats is that xemnas has more of a larger chest build and also saix arm sleves seem a little to large for him so his hands are covered and dont forget that xaldin has huge arms and xigbar has two zippers on his coat so the top and bottom aare unzipped and the middle is closed

I can't shake the notion that it's Zexion.

My reasons are that his element is Illusion. Even if he dies in Re: CoM (we don't actually see his death in CoM... it's simply assumed. And his marker in TWTNW's Proof of Existance doesn't help any), they could just say his death was an illusion. Yes, I realize he is a fightable optional boss in KH2: FM... but, I think that's just to throw us off lol. No, I don't have a good reason for that.

Anyway, perhaps the Organization didn't actually "die." They just faded from existance for a period of time. Perhaps they're return in Kingdom Hearts 3. Perhaps they'll even be part of the protagonists rather than antagonists.

The figure in the distance could even be Xigbar... he led on he knows a lot more about the past Keyblade masters.

Something I have a strong feeling about, though, is that the Nobodies of Ansem's assistants (Zexion, Xigbar, Vexen, Xaldin, and the fifth I can't think of right now), plus Xemnas, are too strong to simply fade away into nothingness. I have a feeling at least those six will have a pivotal role in the sequel. I also believe Axel might have a return, being that his character was quite popular and he has a strong connection to Roxas (Sora's Nobody). He may return somehow, if the others do as well. I don't think they'll be 'Organization XIII' though. They might just be a group, or even solo members. Xemnas, however, might return as the antagonist. They do love reviving past antagonists (Maleficents ressurection...?).
