I think it's xemnas cause he was the first of the nobodies and has special power and xigbar can't do the stuff that xemnas can do so it must be xemnas cause he was the 1 who fought the other keybladers back then and captured 1 of them and the reason why he calls the knight his friend is because it's been awile since he last seen him and also the reason why xigbar say's "you aren't even half as strong the others were"at least i think thats what he said any way he captured 1 of the knight and all or some of the organization members went 2 see him so it must be xemnas cause when it show the cutscene were micky and ansem the wise were talking he wanted to try out an experiment so by that time they already had the lab were xemnas goes to see the knight. So i say by the time sora was sleeping he had already fought with the knights and taken 1 of them thats sound right .

Lol here's my risky theory.. I think when Nomura said that the knights have connection with Xigbar he actually meant the orgy (wanted to fool us.)

it might be xigbar who shown the knight to the organization member xemnas and xemnas put him in a prison okay here's wat i think , i think xemnas sent xigbar to go and fight 1 of the knights and bring them back to him while xemnas was going to meet roxas so while xigbar started the fight 1 of the knights charged first and got his masked cracked and then his friends came and backed him up but in the end xigbar won and took 1 of the knights he knew and took him/her to xemnas and was taken to the prison so he could stay there if any of the organization members needed info.

I actually never thought of that. That would explain Nomura's (seriously, I can't recall the spelling without a reference) mention how the secret ending to KH2 took place "kind of in the past, kind of in the future" or however he put it.

I have other speculations... I have a feeling the Organization member there is Zexion, because he illusions himself so he doesn't die. Plus I have a feeling his book is more than his weapon... I have a feeling it has a deeper meaning and importance for Kingdom Hearts 3.
