Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+ FAQ

Now now... I'm beating the critical mode and I have done all of the game stuff
(beating terra too).
I've been looking throught all the Ques. and the things I knew is.

1) From the new game menu

1-----Beginner mode (no secret ending "keyblade war" & "birth by sleep")
2-----Normal mode (Same as PROUD mode + 100% to all gummi mission )
3-----Proud mode (Same as CRI mode + 100% jiminy memo)
4-----Critical mode (Need Golden crown to watch "birth by sleep")

2) The key blade After beating Roxas has ability call "Light & Darkness"
which will transform you in to Anti form every time you tranform into "any"
others form except "Final form" happen only when you equip it to the first
keyblade slot (Normal Sora).

3) "Dodge roll" (Limit form) and "Quick run" (Wisdom form)
both of it using "Square" botton to perform but how to? I can tell you.
----Dodge roll
Press the Square button for a short time (Press then release just like when
you rapid pushing square botton) + left Analog
----Quick run
Press and "Hold" the square button and you will perform "Quick Run"

4) There are 2 keyblades that has been added in to the FM+
Which is: 1)The keyblade after beating Roxas
(or what you guys calling Roxas's KB.)
2)The keyblade you got from the Mushroom ORGXIII
(Ability:"Rei [Zero] EXP")

5) Final form in FM+ personaly I think it's harder to get it because I do it about 50
times to get it compare to the Kingdom Hearts 2. but...
Here is the trick:
----After the Kingdom hearts door appear on the highest tower. Here your
party is unactive so it's mean that if you return to this map with Drive
on Sora. He will return to Normal with full gauge. So... walk down from
where Sora's friends stand and watch the Kingdom Hearts door to the
previous map then start to tranform into Valor,Wisdom,Master Form
(Limit form cannot do this trick why? try out for the result if you want)
----You have to facing against enemy first before tranform. If Final form not
comes out, turn back and do do it again (even if you stuck in Anti form
you still got the Drive gauge back)

6) The real different of Critical mode and the Normal mode
IS: at level 99

----Normal mode----
- Max HP : 120

- Needs lots of AP to activate useful Abilities

- Terra is still beatable

- Nobodies in the hallway to ORGXIII data's room is easy

- You can win all of the ORGXIII data while you're still level 85

----Critical mode----
- Max HP : 60 [HALF!]

- Don't even need Golden crown ring access.(AP+30) to activate useful Abilities

- You must have about
110 Atk power
120 Def power
to have "50% chance of winning"

- I've to be level 99 to pass all of the Nobodies after trying about 20 times

- My Sora have been knock off after Larxene's first move in level 99 [5 sec.]

7) Someone playing funny to the place to leveling up our Sora right?
I mean at the pride land passing the "king's den" room to the top.
So where do we suppose to level up our Little Sora?
Here's the trick to super fast level up:
---- Equip Sora's Ability "EXP Boost" (if you confuse which is EXP boost or EXP
Zero Look at the ability names closely The "EXP zero" has a "square"
symbol in it's name [Rei])
---- Equip Sora's Keyblade with Gullwing which also gives you "EXP boost"
(EXP boost show effect if your current HP is below half of your MAX HP)
---- Set Donald's setting to use "Cure" rarely (red down arrow)
---- Set goofy's to use "--Potion Item--" rarely or take them out and install him
Ether and set to green up arrow for donald healing and your magic
---- Set both of your friend not to attack any enemy (The 2nd from the last)
---- Head to "Radiant Garden" and land in front of the new dungeon entrance
---- Get hit by the enemy to activate "EXP boost" (after EXP boost activate
you will receive EXP x3!)
---- don't get hit after the EXP boost has activate 'cause Donal will cure you
when your face turn blue.
---- Kill the Red car, Shaman, Trick ghost to get more EXP
---- You don't have to kill them all. Just remember to walk out the map after
you killed about 3 of Cars, Shamans and tricky G.s to save your EXP that
you recieve
---- about level 85 you can go deeper if you which for something "Interesting"

----- In KH Riku have given his heart to the darkness Is that mean he becoming
Heartless?
----- If so Where is his Nobodies?

Want someone to give me a REALLY good answer

Hey I'm new here, so excuse my nub-ness.

I know KH2: Final Mix's main cutscenes are in english (except the extras which are in japanese), but is there an option to make the menu/item names in english?

I am so excited I finally ordered Final Mix+(and Re: Com) well i dont mean i ordered it seprately i mean Re com is coming with it as you probably know. I cant wait i already got a Swap magic and it works. it said the game should take 4-10 days to get here. XD!!!!!

no it most likely isn't going to happen. its been a long time since the first final mix came out and it hasn't come out. so i wouldn't hold my breath if i were you. EBAY!!!!!

Well i dont know where else to ask so here goes.

When i first got swap magic it worked like a charm. However, recently when I swapped the discs into the ps2 and boot it up it clicks for about 10 seconds then tells me to put in a valid ps2 disc. After words when I take the disc out it tells me to put in a bigger toc disc. Anyone know whats wrong with it?

I had the same problem months ago.

Maybe one component of the Swap Magic hasn't been put in correctly?

Actually I figured out what it was.

Dirty lens, happens progressively 'til it stops working at all. Second time this had happened to. So yeah I opened up the ps2, cleaned the lens with a q tip and some alcohol and it worked perfectly.

I have a small question, what kind of Japanese has this game been translated into, is it Kanji? Forgive my ignorance...
