You can find most of that here. There's also FAQS for Terra and the Org. battles, if you ever need help on defeating those.

Hey errr, i've already beaten FM+ on critical mode but I've yet to defeat Sephy, Marluxia, the other Organization Datas and the ES >_< I can figure out how to beat them on my own, just finding somewhere to train is what I need. I need somewhere to train to at least Lv70 and I'll be good.

Well you know if you're on critical the moment you see how many ability points you have. That confirmed it for me.

Roxas' increases the chances of getting Anti Form(thusly helping you get Final Form faster), and the Winner's Proof from the Mushrooms has EXP 0 on it. Meaning that when you equip it, you don't get EXP from enemies.

The stats...I dunno. I'm pretty sure Winner's Proof has 5 strength, 7 magic, but I dunno about Roxas'.

Equip Roxas' keyblade, and do the same thing you did to get in regular KH2: keep driving.
