Hold up, let me say something.
The first voice talking to Riku is DiZ. Then the next voice was of course Mickey.
But back to Sora And Roxas.
I now believe it could be Kingdom Hearts talking to Sora, but not to Roxas.
Remember, Roxas was kinda reprogrammed and stripped from his memories, so I think the voice talkin to Roxas is DiZ.

Ooops....I didn't mean for it to seam like I was talking about Dive into the Heart, I meant Twilight Town (There was a voice there too right? It's been forever since I started a new game.) I still think it was the Heartless saying Keyblade because they say it many times all around Sora and the next moment there are Heartless all around him.

couldnt it just be the keyblade talking to sora , roxa's, riku? as the keyblade chose them if im right? or at least sora?

Whatever was talking to Riku sure enough wasn't the keyblade because he didn't have the keyblade yet.

I think that voice may have been his heart speaking to him. As for Roxas, I don't know.
