No Current Plans For The U.S. Release!?

I emailed Sqaure-Enix about the release of KH2: FM and KH: CoM RE. This is the reply I got. (posting everything to confirm <_<)

Thank you for contacting Square Enix Customer Support,

We hope this letter answers your questions.

Our parent company, SQUARE ENIX Co., Ltd. of Japan, has no current plans to
re-release Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix or Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories for
the PS2 in North America or Europe at this time. This is not to say that it
will never happen, it's just that SQUARE ENIX of Japan is currently focusing on
numerous other projects.

We hope that this information has been of some assistance, and we apologize for
any inconvenience.

yeah, because...
1. They don't have time to sit for hours a day and read all of our emails
2. Some of the more obsessed KH fans may actually give death threats if they don't get it
3. They are probably getting hundreds of emails from kids in the US and elsewhere begging for SE to release KH: Re: CoM

i think SE will release kh2:FM and RE:COM in the us just at a later date and also they just want the fans freaking all out by not revealing the details yet cuz wats the point in making a RE:COM if they're not bring ing it to the US

It might come to the U.S. But I was thinking, what if Square will release KH2:FM/Re:CoM in the U.S. as the Greatest Hits KH2 just like how Capcom released the DMC3 Special Edition as the greatest hits DMC3.

But if they do that, the entire item would cost only $19.99. But even with that price, they'd still rake in the dough( and the sales might actually be bigger).

You shouldn't be flamed and it doesn't matter if you're a mod or not. Profanity is not allowed, except there are a few exceptions. It is not only the moderator's job to keep order, but we, the normal members, have to try to keep order as well.

As for the release, it's too early for me to start worrying if SE will release FM+/Re:CoM to NA, yet. I'll start to worry when there are only a few months remaining 'till the expected release date.
