It's real, but please don't call the Knights in the Secret Ending 'Chasers' because we do not know what Chaser's are, so calling the Knights 'chasers' is false information, there is no information stating that the Knights in the Secret Video are the 'Chasers'. So just refer to them as the Knights, because that's what Nomura calls them

And yes, that image is apparently one of the Knights with his visor smashed in half, revealing part of his face

And for anyone who's asking, this is a scan from the latest Famitsu magazine confirming that a Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix is in production, and that it will have an extended Secret Video (Like Another Side/Another Story and Deep Dive), along with speculation of a possible mini-game or area where you can battle COM Bosses with the COM style card battle system in full 3-D

The hair is not 'clearly' brown. And fine i won't say zexion, I'll say the other zexion being then. Yes he did say never before seen Characters, that doesnt rule out Zexion's human form.
