[Reflection]

Just cast the spell that corresponds with what the white mushroom is doing. If it's shivering, cast fire, etc.

Nope. Just go room to room or world to world to find them. It's difficult to get the Mystery Goo, that's one of the challenges of Ultima, but it's worth it in the end.

Yeah, I found the easiest place to find them is Curly Hill at Halloween Town.

Also, there are some places where White Mushrooms do only certain movements. They are:
Jane's Campsite: Cure
Jungle Treehouse or Agrabah Lamp Chamber: Gravity
End of the World: Stop
Halloween Town Graveyard: Aero
Fire, blizzard, and thunder are commonly used anywhere, and I've found that the ONLY place to get Cure Arts is in the Camp area, don't even try waiting for it elsewhere, it won't happen, and the Mushroom will disappear.

Also, if you're looking for Mystery Goo, I'd reccomend Black Fungus for two reasons: It's easier to get from them (White Mushrooms = only 20 % EVERY TIME), and you can increase your chances with BLack Fungi by using Trinity Limit. Trust me, it works. I got a mystery mold when I did it, they're worth 9,999 munny! =D

There is. If you do it three times IN A ROW without missing one, or taking too long, you get a Mystery Goo, and some other items.
