| Ruler of Light | Ahhh, The Phantom is my specialty....somewhat. First, make sure you have Peter Pan and Donald in your party. Yeah, having Donald is a risk, but he's helpful since this battle is strictly magic. For Potions and such, if you have a lot Elixirs, give yourself about 4, and the rest of the items will be Ethers. Donald is you Potion Man, while Peter Pan is your Hi-Potion and Mega-Ethers/Ethers Man. You should have either Oathkeeper, or The Ultima Keyblade. Oblivion decreases your MP and that isn't what you need. No joke, you have to cast stop literally every 2 Minutes on the clock. If the clock counts down and you don't cast stop on it, your party is out for the count and won't be back. You should have Stopra since Stopaga is the last one. Phantom attacks are mild. Make sure you have Blizzard and Thunder in your shortcuts. White = Keyblade Attacks Red = Fire Blue = Blizzard Yellow = Thunder But I'm guessing you already know that. He'll sometimes come around and swipe at you which should give you the opening you need to attack. You can sometimes go into the platform in The Clock Tower towards the top for safety, but remember the clock sometimes goes off and you don't notice it, so don't stay too long. He has one attack where he'll go near one of the sides of the tower and launch a projectile from his head. If you go to another side of the tower, it won't come after you. Hint: Pressing Triangle will make Donald and Peter Pan go after The Phantom when you're busy healing, or whatever. That's pretty much all I got. Cure when you have to, Use Fire, Thuder, and Blizzard only when you have to because you don't want to waste your magic, and ALWAYS watch the clock. All in all, if you're at a decent level, he shouldn't be a problem. I had a blast fighting him. He's a real challenge on Expert Mode. The Game Creators weren't kidding around when they put that mode in the game. Well, that's my strategy. I hope it helps. If you die, no worries, just level up some more and hope to own him. |
